Comprehensive spending review - legal aid

More details of the planned savings to the legal aid budget announced today as part of SR10 will emerge following the publication of the Ministry of Justice’s (MoJ) legal aid green paper, expected in the autumn.
The LSC will work with the MoJ to endeavour to keep legal aid practitioners and other interested parties informed as developments occur.
