Getting your feedback
We are holding workshops for providers to gather feedback on the processes we have designed.
Collaborative working strategy
Feedback from our recent provider workshops showed that our providers want to work more closely with us.
In response to this, we are developing a collaborative working strategy with input from our providers.
- We are aware there are different issues in contracting and in business delivery and that regional offices vary in their approach - so we need as much input as possible.
- We want to cover all areas and would love to hear from anyone who has looked at collaborative working or has any suggestions on it.

What happens in the workshops?
They cover:
- getting a certificate: means and merits
- managing a certificate: amendments, discharge and contributions
- being paid (bills and payments on account)
- how the whole process fits together.
Each workshop lasts 3 hours. Refreshments and a light buffet are provided.
