Class	Public Interest Reports
Definition	Summaries and full reports of the precedents set by the Public Interest Advisory Panel on the funding of cases that have a wider public interest but which fall outside the scope of the Access to Justice Act 1999.

Class	Costs Appeals Committee
Definition	Points of Principle of General Importance passed by the Costs Appeals Committee relating to claims submitted by practitioners but disallowed on assessment.
Format	Hard copy published in LSC manual (see class LSC manual") and updates published in Focus available on website at www.legalservices.gov.uk Previous Points of Principle of General Importance that were made under the old legal aid scheme and still current can be obtained from the Policy & Legal Department at the LSC Head Office on 020 7759 0000. They will also be available on the LSC website from Spring 2003.

Class	Legal Services Commission
Definition	Summary of minutes issued from January 2003 to be published 3 months after the date of the meeting. Some of the material in this class is derived from documents that we consider to contain exempt information. Where this occurs the material will clearly show where information has been withheld and explain what exemption has been applied and why.
