Opening times and telephone lines
The general telephone line is 0845 608 7070. The office is open from 9am to 5pm.
The Customer Services Team runs dedicated telephone lines and they are open from 9am to 5pm.

The work we do
The office is organised into two sections: Business Delivery and Contracting.
Business Delivery
This department deals with individual applications for Public Funding as well as the payment of solicitors bills at the end of cases.
The Cardiff office does not deal with Criminal Public Funding. Queries regarding Criminal payments should be directed to the Liverpool office.
Contracting
This department lets and manages contracts to meet the needs identified and the demand anticipated, and audits the contracted suppliers to ensure quality.
