Customer Service Team
The Customer Services Team ensures that suppliers and clients who deal with the North East Office are dealt with and communicated with as efficiently and effectively as possible. This includes organising external training for our contracted suppliers.
Stephen Dodds, Customer Services Manager heads the Customer Services Team.
Chris Purvis, Peter Reed and John Chapman are the supplier relations team, ensuring suppliers receive training and a good service.
Katheryn Howard, Customer Services Co-ordinator co-ordinates the telephone team.
