You may be aware that the LSC is undertaking a customer satisfaction survey, if you have randomly been selected by receiving an email inviting you to participate, please take the time to complete it.

Your opinion is important to us, so please take part as we are very keen to find out what providers think about the service we deliver to them and also what is important to them in terms of service. 

Once the survey is complete, we will analyse the responses and draft an action plan to address as many of the issues as we can.  Once we have completed the analysis, we will feedback to you, through LSC update and these news pages, with the results and action plan in the summer.
