The next provider survey will take place from 13 September

The Legal Services Commission is surveying providers this month - a link to the provider survey will be included in the LSC's next fortnightly email update, 13 September.
As part of our drive to conduct more business electronically, this year's survey will be conducted online, although paper copies will be available upon request.
The survey is seeking provider views on how effectively the LSC works with them. This includes day-to-day customer service, as well as engagement about legal aid reform. In particular, the results of the survey will help establish what the LSC does well, and where it needs to do better, in working with providers to implement changes to legal aid.
