What's new
Revised regional structure from 1 Feb
31 January 2008LSC moves to a new structure of five regions
As part of our ongoing transformation programme the regions are continuing their restructuring. We are moving to a new structure of five regions rather than six from 1 Feb 08.
| Region | Regional Director | Offices |
|---|---|---|
| Wales | Paul Davies | Cardiff and Chester |
| London | Martin Seel | London (Exchange Tower) |
| South | Geoff Mountjoy | Brighton, Reading and Bristol |
| North | Peter Nelson | Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester |
| Midlands | Recruitment underway | Birmingham, Nottingham and Cambridge |
Improving our performance
The new consolidated regional structure allows us to build on progress already made moving from 12 regions to six. Having larger regions allows us to improve performance by making better use of employees and resources.
The revised structure will:
- improve how we deal with clients who travel between regions
- give providers a better view of our requirements across the whole region
- provide a consistent approach to our providers in our approaches and decision making.
How does this affect the LSC Website?
The interactive map on the regional network and forms pages will be changing. We expect to have the revised map in place by mid February.
The Wales pages will be available in Welsh from this date.
