One-off exercise on immigration billing announced
07 April 2009Update on claiming immigration controlled work disbursements for cases commenced prior to 01 October 2007
Following detailed discussions with providers and representative bodies, the LSC is pleased to announce details of a one-off exercise allowing certain work on pre-October 2007 cases to claimed, outside the current billing rules.

It should be noted that this is a one-off exercise and is not the introduction of a new stage claim. Neither does it deflect from the LSC commitment to explore billing options further under its 2010 contract.
