04 August 2009

Register now for seminars

We are offering free training in essential business and financial management skills for legal aid providers.

Continuing Professional Development points are available.

Developing efficiencies in business

Our provider readiness training programme gives providers an understanding of how they can develop efficiencies in their business.

This allows cost reductions to be realised and profitability improved.

The programme will also improve readiness for the future.

It will give providers general skills in readiness for future LSC contracting and procurement process.

How will the training take place?

We will deliver training mainly through an online learning system.

Following a short registration process this is accessible to any provider.

We expect it will be available from early Sep 09.

Face-to-face training seminars will be piloted in Manchester, Bristol and Bridgwater in Sep 09 and Oct 09.

How do I register for training?

Visit the training website for more information and to register for the face-to-face seminars.

You can access the online training when it's available in September.

Who should attend the training?

There is limited space at the face-to-face seminars so only one representative from each firm should attend.

We advise the trainee should ideally be the key business decision maker in that specific area of business.

This will ensure that any learning will be used most effectively.
