Improving your Quality - housing

03 September 2009

New housing guide is now available

We are pleased to announce that the second edition of our Housing Guide has been published.

Derived from the entire body of peer review reports, the ‘Improving your Quality’ Guides provide a unique opportunity to access a wealth of information.

The guide contains material directly related to the quality of legal advice and service given to clients.

Good practice

It identifies areas of good practice and offer suggestions about where improvements can be made.

The guides make available common quality issues identified by peer reviewers in specific categories of law.

They concentrate on the issues that impact on quality and may contribute towards a lower rating at peer review.

Seven more guides

There are seven other guides in crime, debt, employment, family, immigration, mental health and welfare benefits. A generic guide is being developed.

The guides are reviewed periodically in order to keep their content up to date with the changes occurring in the profession and can be viewed and downloaded from our website
