Guidance on how to work with the National Centre for Domestic Violence

Providers are reminded of the guidance that is available for working with the National Centre for Domestic Violence.

The National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV) is a charitable organisation that assists victims of domestic violence in obtaining emergency injunctions.

In response to requests from LSC contracted solicitors the guidance note was written in partnership with the NCDV.

This sets out how to work with the NCDV within the terms of the LSC’s Unified Contract.
