As you are aware we no longer provide paper copies of the masterpack. All of our forms are available online.

New forms coming

A new set of forms will become mandatory from 1 November 09.  To help you prepare, we have posted previews of the forms under:

Please take some time to familiarise yourselves with them. There is a version list and detailed information about the changes alongside the new forms.

When will the new forms be ready?

We will publish the new forms on 1 November 09 at:

If you have saved links in your favourites, you'll need to refresh these to make sure you have the new versions.

CW1 certification Guidance

CW1 version 16, which is due to come into force in November, sees an adjustment to the client declaration and the inclusion of a new partner declaration section.
