All current contracts to deliver Immigration and Asylum advice will come to an end in October 2010.

All organisations wishing to deliver Immigration work after 13 October 2010 work must apply for and be awarded a new contract.

Tenders for mainstream Immigration work

The deadline to submit tenders is 12 noon on 28 January 2010. All tenders must be submitted through the eTendering portal.

The deadline for submitting questions about the Information for Applicants and Invitation to Tender for publicly funded Immigration services in England and Wales was 12 noon on 14 January 2010 so has now passed.

All questions must be submitted using the online secure messaging tool within the eTendering System and questions on the content of the IFA and ITT documents received after the deadlines will not be answered.

We will continue to respond to technical queries on how to use the eTendering System. Technical questions may be emailed to the following email address: lscsupport@bravosolution.co.uk.

Please note that we recommend that you start to complete your tender response early so that you identify any areas where you need technical help as soon possible, as the technical team is likely to be very busy in the days leading up to the tender deadline.

Tenders for Immigration work in Immigration Removal Centres

The deadline to ask questions about the tender is Friday 22 January 2010. Questions must be submitted through the secure message boards on the eTendering portal.

The deadline to submit tenders for Immigration Removal Centres is 12 noon on 5 February 2010.  All tenders must be submitted through the eTendering portal.
