Transfer of civil applications processing from Nottingham to Merseyside

16 March 2010

Work transfer takes effect from 1 April 2010

As part of the Legal Services Commission’s ongoing transformation programme from Thursday 1 April 2010 all civil application processing currently dealt with by the Nottingham office will be transferred to our Merseyside regional office.

This move is part of a phased transfer that will eventually see the Nottingham office operating as a crime only processing centre.

Please note that Nottingham will continue to process their current civil bill related work categories and crime processing will also remain unchanged.

You should continue to send work in these categories to the office that has already been designated as your processing site.

We apologise for any disruption that this change may cause and look forward to working with you all in the near future.
