Timetable for Immigration 2010 Contracts tender process

16 March 2010

The timetable for notification of results following recent tender process for 2010 standard civil contracts in immigration has changed

We have assessed the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and essential criteria and have notified those applicant organisations who have been unsuccessful at this stage.

Notification has been sent through the eTendering system's message boards- we advise applicants to check the message boards. If applicant organisations have failed the PQQ or essential criteria, they have until 26 March to submit an appeal.

Where applicant organisations have passed this stage, we have not contacted them.We are now assessing the selection criteria, however assessment has been delayed owing to a larger than expected volume of clarifications needed.

We therefore intend to notify applicant organisations of the outcome of the tender process in the week beginning 29 March.

We will send notification through the eTendering system's message boards, and applicant organisations will receive an email telling them when we've sent the message.
