Mental Health tender process update

18 March 2010

The deadline for submitting tenders is 12 noon on 31 March 2010

Current civil legal aid contracts come to an end on 13 October 2010.

Any organisation who wishes to deliver legal aid work in Mental Health from 14 October 2010 will need to apply for and be awarded a new contract.

The tender process for this opened on 10 February 2010. The deadline for submitting tenders is 12 noon on 31 March 2010.

Further details can be found in the Information for Applicants (IFA) which is available on the Mental Health tendering pages of our website.

A final Mental Health FAQ document has now been published. This is available on the Civil 2010 Contracts pages of our website.

The deadline for submitting new questions on the Information for Applicants and Invitation to Tender documents has now closed.

We will continue to respond to technical queries on how to use the eTendering System. Details of how to submit questions can be found in section 3 of the IFA.

How to submit your tender

All tenders for new contracts must be submitted through the LSC's secure eTendering system, which can be accessed through the eTendering portal.

When you first visit to the eTendering site, you will need to register your organisation's details to be able to use the system - you will then be provided with a username and password.
