LSC conducts eTendering survey

01 September 2010

Evaluation being undertaken following electronic tenders for crime and civil contracts

Following the recent electronic tender for the 2010 civil and crime contracts, we're carrying out an evaluation of the LSC eTendering process.

Evaluating the eTendering system is an important part of reviewing the 2010 tender process and provider feedback on the system is a key part of this.

We've designed a short survey for providers to give us feedback on their experiences of using the system.

The survey covers the civil and crime tenders as well as the more recent tenders for police station immigration telephone advice and Housing Possession Court Duty Schemes.

If you'd like to complete the online survey please follow the link below. The deadline for completing the survey is Friday 17 September 2010.

Please note that the survey focuses solely on the use of the eTendering system. It does not cover substantive issues around the tender such as selection criteria or allocation of contracts.
