We have carefully considered all responses following our consultation on Family fee schemes. We have announced fee schemes for family work from October 2007. 

Our paper 'Family and Family Mediation Fee Schemes for October 2007' gives our consultation response, together with final fee scheme payment arrangements.

Included in the paper are the:

• Care Proceedings Graduated Fee Scheme
• fee scheme for private Family law (Family Help - Private)
• fee scheme for Family Mediation
• changes to the Funding Code, including those separately consulted upon in our consultation The Funding Criteria for Child Care Proceedings.
