Tailored Fixed Fee (TFF) Exceptional Case Claims must be submitted to the TFF Exceptional Cases team in the Nottingham Regional Office by 9 May 2008.

What are TFF Civil Exceptional Cases?

Tailored Fixed Fee Civil Exceptional Cases are those started on or before 1 October 2007 (1 January 2008 for Mental Health) that exceed three times your Tailored Fixed Fee or £2500 (including Disbursements).

How do I claim TFF Civil Exceptional Cases?

TFF Exceptional Case claims for 2007-2008 should be submitted on the Tailored Fixed Fee – Annual Claim Adjustment Pack 2007-2008 form by 9 May 2008.

Please don't send the file or files with your form. The files will be requested under separate cover.

This information refers to Tailored Fixed Fee Exceptional Claims and NOT to Exceptional Case Claims under the new Fixed and Graduated Fee schemes, which need to be claimed for on an EC – Claim 1 Form on a monthly basis as you close the files.
