Delivery Transformation seeks input from practitioners
04 November 2008LSC seeks feedback on proposed 'electronic working' changes
The Delivery Transformation (DT) team has been visiting the offices of volunteering practitioners across the country. So far, visits have been made to small, medium and large solicitor firms, counsels' chambers and a law centre.
Electronic working processes are being brought in to replace current paper-based systems. Once implemented they will ensure a faster, more consistent approach in all our dealings with practitioners.
Currently 80 practitioners have volunteered to give us feedback but we would welcome more taking part.
We have organised 3-hour workshops to share the designs and gather feedback, which will be used to influence changes and work on the detail.
We will be hosting afternoon and evening workshops on:
- Monday 10 November at the Bristol Regional Office
- Thursday 13 November at the Manchester Regional Office
- Tuesday 25 November at the Nottingham Regional Office
- Thursday 27 November at the Cardiff Office.
To take part in these workshops or for any further information on the above, please contact Karen Watson.
The aim of the workshops is to:
- understand how practitioners work individually and within the existing certificated system
- to get input on how we can improve and ensure our systems are being designed to meet practitioners' needs.
