Nottingham office introduces automated switchboard

Nottingham office's new telephone system to go live on 17 Nov

From Monday, 17 November 2008 all callers to the Nottingham office of the Legal Services Commission will be greeted by an Automated Switchboard when dialing 0115 908 4200.

Callers will be greeted by a welcome message and asked whether they are a member of the public or a Solicitor/Barrister/NFP Agency before being given a list of departments to choose from.

The new system will ensure that you get through to the relevant department as quickly as possible.

As always, we welcome your feedback and would encourage you to raise any issues with the Caseworker dealing with your query.
