Consortia update

On 30 June we published our final proposals for Civil 2010 Contracts, in Civil Bid Rounds for 2010 Contracts: a consultation response. In this response (paragraph 3.59) we committed to publishing further details on consortia.

• This can be found on our Unified Contract (Civil) 2010-2013 pages
• It provides more detail on consortia for organisations preparing to apply for a contract in the bid rounds due to take place from September 2009.

Procurement plans update

In the consultation response we committed to publishing procurement plans for each area.

These will give further details on the services which we will procure in each area of the country. There will be separate plans for each social welfare law and family area, and national plans for immigration and mental health. 

• These will be published week beginning 20 July
• but one example plan will be published on our website in the interim so that providers can see what information will be available.

• We have published a Q&A document, available on our Unified Contract 2010-2013 pages, which will be update every Friday to reflect new questions received through this email address by the preceding Monday.
