Making Legal Rights a Reality in Wales

In our consultation paper Making Legal Rights a Reality, we outlined proposals for the development of the CLS across England and Wales. The final strategy was published in March 2006 and detailed the agreed policies for taking forward the CLS.

Earlier in 2007 we published a consultation paper seeking to gain your views about how these policies could be implemented in Wales taking account of Welsh policy, geography, language and culture.

The paper is under Related Documents. It is a bilingual document in English and Welsh.
