When is LSC Online available?
The system is available seven days a week, 7am to 11pm.
The LSC Online helpdesk is available to deal with issues concerning the LSC Online website and service.
The telephone helpline (020 7718 8359 ) is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. You can also email your enquiry to the helpdesk.
Making an enquiry
To help us deal with your enquiry as promptly as possible please include the following details in your email or telephone correspondence:
- contact name
- firm/organisation name
- LSC Online account number and User ID
- contact telephone number
- email address.
