Our guidance on high cost cases has been expanded and updated to reflect the latest changes to the Funding Code which apply from 1 April 2010, following the Refocusing on Priority Cases consultation. This is now covered by Chapter 14 (Special Cases Unit), including the new Special Controls regimes and Chapter 15 (Multi-party Actions).
