Payment options
Providers have options about how they get paid for Civil (Legal Help) work. These are explained in the guidance document on the right.Civil (non family) Fees
Please see the payment annex to the 2010 Standard Civil Contract for details of pay rates and schemes for civil (non family) categories of work.

Family Fees from 2010
The Unified Contract (Civil) 2007 has been extended until midnight on 30 November 2011 for the suppliers who deliver 'family only' and 'family and housing' publicly funded legal services.
For family fees, refer to the payment annex to the 2007 Unified Contract (Civil).
Tailored Fixed Fees
Tailored Fixed Fees were replaced with standard fee schemes from October 2007 (1 January 2008 for mental health cases).

Family Graduated Fees
The documents panel on the right contains details of the Family Graduated Fees (FGF) scheme.
