Payment dates
See the table for payment dates up to December 09.
The payment date is the day it goes into bank accounts (day 3 of BACS).

New payment schedule
In addition to your regular standard monthly payments (SMP), we are now making additional payments for non-contracted work (weekly payments).

Payment methods
BACS
BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System) payments are made directly into your bank account. They provide immediately cleared funds and you also receive a remittance advice.
If you are paid by BACS the payment date is the date you will receive a payment in your bank account.
Cheque
The payment date is the date the last of the cheque/remittance advices are despatched.
If you are still being paid by cheque we recommend you change to BACS. This is a more efficient payment method.
Remittance advice
Remittance advice is despatched using DX or first class post.
Payment queries
To find out how much you are owed please contact your relationship manager. Details are available one day before the proposed payment date.

Updating your details
We hold your details in a database.
