Manchester Community Legal Advice Centres

Important Update

The deadline to submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the Manchester CLA Centres work has been extended to Tuesday 20 April 2010

Go to the Manchester Council's portal to register, or download and submit the PQQ forms.

The first of the two-stage tendering process has opened for Community Legal Advice Centres in Manchester to cover Social Welfare Law and Family.

These services will be jointly commissioned by the Legal Services Commission and Manchester City Council.

Only part of the Family work in Manchester will be commissioned in this way, the remaining Family work will be commissioned by the Legal Services Commission as part of the 2010 Civil Contract tender process.

The first stage of the tendering process is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), which must be completed before 20 April 2010.  The second stage will involve an Invitation To Tender for those organisations that passed the PQQ.

IMPORTANT: The tender process will be via Manchester City Council's website and in order to bid you will need to complete the PQQ on the Council's e-tendering Portal before 20 April 2010

If you do not complete the PQQ, you will not be eligible to submit a tender for the Community Legal Advice Centres.

Firstly, you must register with Manchester City Council's E-Procurement Service:

To access the Manchester Community Legal Advice Centre PQQ:

You will then be able to view and download the documents for completion.

More information about the Manchester Community Legal Advice Centre project is available from the Michael Bell Associates website.
