About this tender
The LSC is inviting tenders from organisations who are able to take part in a pilot scheme to provide legal advice to New Asylum Model (NAM) clients.
These clients are segmented into the West Midlands region. Their case will be determined through the Home Office NAM casework team in Solihull.
About the tender process
The objective of the scheme is to pilot provision of front loading legal advice and assistance.
You may be aware that the pilot scheme commenced in November 2006. It was anticipated to end in summer 2007.
We have decided to continue the pilot for a further six months with an end date of December 2007.
The tender closing date is 12 noon on Friday 17 August 2007.
