About this tender

We are inviting tenders to deliver specialist immigration advice services (asylum and non-asylum) in Yorkshire & Humberside under the LSC’s Unified Contract (Civil). Please read the Invitation to Tender for full details and conditions of the tender process.

Please note that this tender will be conducted via an e-tendering portal and no paper applications will be accepted. (Further details on training events to use the online system are detailed below)

Criteria needed to match tender requirements

You must:

be able to offer face-to-face services in the Immigration category of Law
be able to provide the services from your organisation's own office within the Yorkshire & Humberside region that is accessible from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
do/will employ at least one advisor who qualifies as a category supervisor in Immigration Law.

Tender timetable

12-noon 30 April 2009	Organisations wishing to attend training seminars to confirm attendance by email to leeds@legalservices.gov.uk . Attendance is not mandatory but it may be beneficial as tenders will only be accepted electronically. (The training session should last between 2-3 hours). Please confirm your preference in your email
5 & 6 May 2009	Training events on eTendering held at Leeds
8 May 2009	Publication of tender form & registration for eTendering open via http://www.legalservices.bravosolution.co.uk.
12-noon 5 June 2009	Closing date for receipt of completed Tender Form
