The LSC and the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) invite tenders from organisations that have the experience, skills, and ability to provide a debt advice service to clients in prisons in Wales that is:

accessible
independent
quality assured
integrated
face-to-face.

About the tender process

The information for applicants in the Documents panel contains all the information you will require to tender for the service including:

how to tender
what the successful applicant would be expected to deliver
the criteria we will access applications on
the relative importance of those criteria.

The closing date for tender applications is 12 noon 26 Sept 08.
