About this tender
We are inviting interested parties to tender for civil contracts in the Social Welfare Law categories in Portsmouth. We are currently tendering for the following categories:
- Community Care
- Debt
- Employment (to include the delivery of New Matter Starts from the Isle of Wight)
- Housing
- Welfare benefits

Tender process
The tender process begins on 13 December 2010 and the deadline for tender bids is 12 Noon on 24 January 2011. The new contracts go live on 1 April 2011. A timetable can be found in the documents section on the right hand side of this page.
eTendering
All tenders for new contracts must be submitted through the LSC's secure eTendering system. The eTendering site can be accessed through the eTendering portal.
If it's your first visit to the site, you'll need to register your organisation’s details to be able to use the system – you will be provided with a username and password.
The Information for Applicants for this tender process will be published on the eTendering site in mid-December.
