Early Legal Advice Pilot in Solihull

The LSC is inviting tenders from organisations who are able to take part in a pilot scheme.

The scheme will provide legal advice to New Asylum Model (NAM) clients who are segmented into the West Midlands region for their case to be determined through the Home Office NAM casework team in Solihull.

The scheme's objective is to pilot provision of front loading legal advice and assistance.
 
We anticipate the pilot scheme will begin on 23 October 2006 and will last for a period of six months.

Question: Please could you clarify as per Section 2, sub section 5 of the "Desirable Criteria"  - What information is sought, or should be contained on the one page CV for all Level 2 accredited advisers?

Answer: All the usual information should be contained in the CV, such as education and employment history. Particular reference should be made to the terms and purpose of the scheme and how best your staff member(s) are suited to contribute to the scheme.
