Specialist telephone advice contracts
Community Legal Service Direct is a telephone helpline that provides free legal advice direct to the public on a range of common legal problems. The LSC launched it in July 2004 and it now receives in excess of 50,000 calls per month.
Based on this success we are now investing £9 million in expanding the current service.
