About this tender
The county, district and borough councils of West Sussex and the LSC are jointly commissioning and funding the West Sussex Community Legal Advice service.
The service will provide an accessible, independent, quality assured and integrated general and specialist legal advice and representation service for people in West Sussex.

About the tender process
Tenders are invited from organisations, or groups of organisations working together, that can supply general and specialist legal advice and representation in social welfare law.
Applicants must be able to set up and deliver services that meet the needs of the people of West Sussex.

Questions and answers will be published on the West Sussex County Council website on 19 October 2009.
The deadline for asking questions is 5pm on 9 October 2009.
The deadline for tender applications is 12 noon on 27 November 2009.
