The Crown Court Litigator Fee (CCLF) online system has been updated to reflect the changes to the Litigator Graduated Fee Scheme.

The changes were introduced for Representation Orders dates on, or after, 3 August 2009.

BACS statement

In addition to the changes to the structure of the scheme, we have also amended the BACS statement that providers receive.

The statement now shows the case reference (e.g. T2009xxxx) and client’s name (surname forename). This change is effective for all claims paid on, or after Tuesday 25 August 2009.

We hope to provide an updated LGFS calculator, LF1 form and LGFS guidance manual soon.
