We’ve made further changes to the Litigator Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS) guidance in relation to Pages of Prosecution Evidence (PPE) and fixed fees for breach proceedings.

PPE

The information in relation to validation of PPE contained in the revised LGFS guidance was inconsistent with the LSC Update sent on 17 September 2009. 

The guidance now clarifies that the LSC will validate PPE for claims made under the LGFS against evidence provided by the litigator. 

Fixed Fees

The LGFS guidance also contained a minor drafting error in relation to the fixed fee for breach proceedings in Annex C. The fee should have read £97.88 instead of £97.11.
