Interim guidance published

Following the implementation of Crown Court means testing, there will be some changes to the Crown Court Litigator Fee (CCLF) online system that will affect how you bill Litigator Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS) claims.

New forms will be introduced in October. Guidance will be issued when these changes take effect and will explain the new steps and show you how to submit your claim.

In the meantime we are aware that providers will be seeking to claim the evidence provision fee and interim guidance has now been published.
