We are aware that some providers recently received their Crime 2010 schedules from LSC Online earlier than planned.

This has happened due to an oversight during the final IT testing of the upload process to the Contracted Work and Administration (CWA) module of LSC Online.

The Schedules refer to an SMP of £0, this does not represent any change in providers’ agreed SMPs which remain as advised separately by the LSC.

Due to technical reasons we do not currently make payments directly via LSC Online, hence the SMP on Schedules in LSC Online has been and will remain shown as £0 for a while longer.

We intend to upload Crime 2010 Office Schedules and Contracts into CWA from the 23/08, at which stage most providers will receive a  further Notification and pdf version of the Schedule by e-mail  as well as by Notification within LSC Online.

Once the Schedules have been uploaded, providers will also be able to view and make submissions against them.
