From 1 February 2012 a revised version of the Criminal Legal Aid Manual (CLAM) will be published to coincide with the release of the v9 Forms.

The updates include a revised version of the CDS14 / 15 Forms Guidance.

For the first time ever, the CLAM will be available online only.

The next LSC Update (19 January) will let you know where you can find the manual on the website, together with a document summarising the key changes.

Both will be available to download as a PDF. You’ll need to become familiar with the revised amendments to the CLAM to avoid unnecessary delays to the granting of representation.
