We’ve published a revised version of the Criminal Legal Aid Manual (CLAM) applicable from 1 Feb. This coincides with the release of the CDS 14, 15 and 15c Version 9 Forms. Updates include a revised version of the CDS14 / 15 Forms guidance.

The CLAM is now only available online.

The revised CLAM and a document summarising the key changes are now available to download as PDFs on our website via the following link:

It is important that solicitors are familiar with the revised amendments to the CLAM so you avoid unnecessary delays to the granting of representation.
