Litigator fee claims since 14 Jan
27 January 2009LF1 form needs to be sent to Liverpool or Nottingham office
All Litigator Fee claims submitted since 14 January 2008 need to go to the Litigator Fee teams in Nottingham or Liverpool.
How to get your claims processed
- If you have submitted an online claim for payment since 14 January 2008 , then you must submit a completed LF1 form in order to receive payment.
- If you have any claims awaiting payment and have yet to submit an LF1 form then please submit an LF1 form along with a copy of the representation order and original invoices to the office which processes all your criminal bills, either Nottingham or Liverpool.
