VHCC Appeals Panel Arrangements 2010
This VHCC Appeals Panel Arrangements apply to VHCCs where the Representation Order is granted on or after 14 July 2010.

VHCC Panel Contract Appeals
This VHCC Panel Contract Appeal apply to VHCCs where the Representation Order is granted on or before 14 July 2010 will operate under the previous VHCC panel contracting scheme.
The right to appeal
The LSC Contract Manager and the defence team negotiate hours for each stage of the case in advance. If they cannot reach agreement on hours for a specific task there is a right of appeal.
