Crime contracts
The latest crime contract - the 2010 Standard Crime Contract - runs from 14 July 2010 for a three-year term (subject to early termination or extension by up to two years).
Duty rotas for each police station and court duty solicitor scheme in England and Wales are published on the 2010 Standard Crime Contract page.
From December 2012 providers can submit CWA claim amendments directly to the LSC at the following e-mail address – PA-ClaimAmend@legalservices.gsi.gov.uk. The guidance explains the process in more detail.
