Payment options
Providers have options about how they get paid for Crime Lower work. These are explained in the guidance document on the right.
Guidance on our position on 2011 VAT rates
We've published updated guidance on our position on the 2011 rate of VAT. It's in the Documents panel on the right hand side of this page.
We have consulted HM Revenue & Customs on this guidance.
The guidance explains how we:
- are changing our systems and processes to accommodate this
- will ordinarily credit or pay VAT.
